Professional Growth and Development Committee responsibilities:
1. Identify faculty’s professional growth needs.
2. Propose, plan, publicize, and present professional growth programs.
3. Recommend priorities and goals for professional growth and instructional development.
4. Review and recommend policy and procedures related to professional growth and instructional development.
5. Work with other committees dealing with professional growth and instructional development matters.
6. Conduct research and development in the areas of responsibility outlined above.
