Curriculum, Instruction, and Library Committee responsibilities:

1. Review proposals concerning instruction including new courses, curricula, extension services, special academic programs, delivery systems and modalities, credit hour evaluation, grading, examinations and class scheduling, and make recommendations to the Faculty Council.

2. Review the evaluation reports of all DACUM reviews as specified in AP 669

3. Review recommendations of external accrediting bodies.

4. Review the General Education Core Curriculum periodically and update as necessary.

5. Review and recommend policy concerning the use and development of the library and audiovisual services.

6. Review all new and revised courses to ensure that adequate information and instructional resources are acquired to support instruction.

7. Review new and modified articulation agreements to ensure relevancy to and transferability of the core.

8. Conduct research and development in the areas of responsibility outlined above.
