Purpose
The Adjunct Faculty Organization of HACC was founded for the purposes of:
1. Reaching out to all adjunct faculty to include them in the College community;
2. Increasing the visibility of adjunct faculty on all HACC campuses;
3. Providing a voice for adjunct faculty on issues affecting them;
4. Acting as a liaison between adjunct faculty and the wider College community of students; full-time faculty, administration, and classified staff;
5. Encouraging activities which support the growth and professionalism of adjunct faculty;
6. Working toward assuring fair and equitable working conditions for adjunct faculty so that we may accomplish our most important mission—the education of students.
